I am passionate about helping individuals and couples learn to cope and thrive through the challenges of complex trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, parenting, and interpersonal conflicts. I offer a relational and empathetic style utilizing a variety of trauma-informed techniques. During our initial session, we will collaboratively develop a personalized plan designed to help you achieve your goals and enhance your overall quality of life at a comfortable pace.
