Welcoming new clients! With 14 years of experience as an educator, I understand the pressures young people encounter in today’s school environments and how these can impact mental health. My supportive, inclusive approach acknowledges the unique struggles they face. With a focus on family dynamics, I work with parents at every stage, supporting emotional wellness as they navigate real-life challenges as caregivers. I am eager to support children, teens, and adults to manage ADHD, anxiety, and OCD. I also provide therapy for women through pregnancy, postpartum, and prenatal stages. I'm committed to fostering an inclusive space where all clients feel seen and valued. With children I use art, play, and storytelling to encourage identity and self-expression. I embrace a neurodiverse-affirming approach. I am passionate about supporting clients as they navigate big life transitions, helping them feel resilient in the face of change.
