I work with children, adolescents and their families. I utilize Child-Centered Play Therapy and Synergetic Play Therapy modalities. My therapeutic approach is holistic and based in mindfulness, attachment, nervous system regulation, and neuroscience. I am polyvagal and trauma-informed. I have worked with children and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, medical trauma, ADHD, sensory processing and many other areas of need. I’m also currently working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist in Colorado. I earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Rutgers University with a specialization in Violence Against Women and Children and Foster Care/Adoption. I also have worked in schools.
