Most people I work with come to therapy with concerns around how a difficult or traumatic life experience is affecting them, adjusting to major life changes, or finding themselves stuck in patterns of thinking, feeling, behaving, and/or relating to others that are not serving them well. Therapy provides an opportunity to develop new insights about your experience, and learn and practice new ways of responding to yourself and others. My style of therapy is informed by psychodynamic and attachment-focused theories and practice, as well as Internal Family Systems.
