If so, I may be the therapist for you. I am passionately committed to working with individuals to assist them in living a more connected, authentic, and intentional life. I provide a compassionate and intellectually curious space to encourage exploration and growth to support you in working towards your goals. As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I specialize in working with adolescents and adults in exploring and transforming barriers to your personal growth, change, and mental health. I have worked with adolescents, adults, parents, and families in inpatient, community health, home-based, and outpatient settings.
