I believe in a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to therapy that honors each individual's unique story and strengths. I have experience in helping students navigate emotional and psychological challenges that affected their learning and development, with a focus on promoting social-emotional growth. I worked with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds and with varied learning needs including those with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other learning or developmental differences. I help young clients manage anxiety, depression, and the effects of complex trauma.
