As a therapist, I aim to create an environment in which people feel supported to explore their world, thoughts, and feelings; in a guided and supportive manner. It is important to me that people I work with feel seen and honored in their healing process. I believe that everyone has the capacity to overcome their challenges and achieve a life of wholeness and wellness on their terms. Together, I hope to demystify and untangle the barriers to achieving ease, peace, relief, and wellness.
