Together we will explore the areas that are keeping you stuck and begin to move past those hard places. I am here to offer support and encouragement for those experiencing depression, anxiety, family or relational conflicts, trauma, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. I want to create a safe place where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe that acceptance and self-discovery bring change. I want to help people understand & work through the process in a positive way. By changing thoughts, people can change how they feel & what they do.
