In my practice I am dedicated to helping adolescents, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity and differentiated approaches. I specialize in treating individuals with anxiety, depression, ASD, and those experiencing difficulties related to social skills, life transitions, and family dynamics. I also have a background as a coach and School Social Worker and can be a resource for families navigating the special education system. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a deep understanding of how our thoughts, relationships and environments shape us.
