I currently only have weekday/daytime availability. Throughout life we are faced with many changes and new situations that can be difficult to tackle on our own. Some of these events include marriage, pregnancy, infertility, or life as a new mom. Often during major life transitions we feel lost and can lose our sense of self and personal identity. The journey to reconnecting to yourself can be overwhelming. At times we need guidance from an unbiased person, but asking for help can be a scary and overwhelming task. As a solution-focused therapist my goal is to meet you where you are at and help you uncover your true potential.
