I believe therapy should feel like a safe, grounding space where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk in. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break, or weighed down by past experiences that still show up in daily life. You may look like you’re “doing fine” on the outside, but inside feel exhausted, on edge, or disconnected from yourself.
