Lindsey graduated with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Western Kentucky University in 2008, and has been working directly with children, adolescents and families since 2009. Lindsey specializes in working with issues of trauma, crisis, grief, child and adolescent defiance, anxiety and adjustment to life changes. Other areas of expertise include Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders and ADHD. Lindsey is skilled and has received training in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Reality Therapy among additional interventions. Lindsey is dedicated to empowering youth and families to promote a life of health, hope and growth.
