I'm here to help you improve your relationship with yourself (and those around you) by truly getting to know all of you - yes, even the parts of you that scare or embarrass you. Together we can work toward a more integrated whole, where you can exist with yourself in more harmony. The results are less shame and self-criticism, more self-compassion, more manageable moods and behaviors, and less reliance on patterns that aren't working for you any longer. I also work with adult sibling pairs who are struggling with their connection and/or conflict.
