I graduated from UTK College of Social Work and have a varied background, including working in community mental health, residential facilities, and private practice. I work with my clients using a strengths-based approach, incorporating humor and empathy in sessions to improve comfort and instill trust, fostering a collaborative relationship. I enjoy working with a variety of populations, including couples, individuals, and families, and I specialize in parenting, life adjustments, mood disorders, anxiety/panic, and relational stressors.
