Sometimes we find ourselves facing difficulties that we alone cannot comprehend, manage, or sustain. Perhaps these are the reasons you are seeking out therapy. I enjoy walking alongside clients who are seeking a change. Sometimes the changes are little tweaks while others are a completely new way of living. Often, we have the skills necessary to live the lives we want to live: other times we need to learn ways of coping that are no longer functioning. I would be honored help you work towards the person you’re proud of and have always wanted to become. I’ve worked with battered women, children, teenagers, children in the foster care system, married couples, members of the LGBTQ+ community, veterans, and families. I offer an integrated approach to therapy where I work with you to identify your needs and goals.
