Hi! I work with deeply feeling adults, caregivers, and couples who are navigating burnout, anxiety, and relationship stress, often while holding a lot for others. Many are parents of neurodivergent kids, helping or caring professionals, or partners trying to reconnect. I help untangle patterns shaped by trauma, people-pleasing, or overfunctioning, and support clients in building boundaries, emotional clarity, and relational strength. My approach is warm, reflective, relationally grounded—and I’m not afraid to bring in a little humor when it helps.
