Wholeness comes when you courageously and honestly welcome the wounded parts of yourself, instead of denying them, and consciously integrate all parts of your story. Integration of your story is a holistic journey, and I offer a unique blend of counseling, hypnosis, and spiritual guidance to support your healing. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. This is a powerful modality for healing those wounded parts of self that carry the "re-living" of old unhealthy beliefs about self, emotional overwhelm, and stuck patterns of behavior. In addition, I have been training in age regression hypnosis to support this work of unsticking behavior.
