My ideal client is someone who is struggling with a period of life that does not fit in with their view of how they think life should be, Somewhere along the line the client has lost track of what is meaningful in their life; their ambitions, their interests. I can help them to define their struggles and sort out what are individual problems from systemic problems. My ideal client is willing to engage with the therapeutic process both within weekly sessions and the time in between. The client is willing to try a combination of approaches that assist them in treatment.
