I work best with teens to adults, 15-40 years old in transition, dealing with partner, career, lifestyle changes and the anxiety and stress of everyday life; hormonal “adjustments” whether prepuberty, puberty or peri-menopause; those healing from relationship and marital breakups and trauma; and competitive athletes seeking to overcome performance anxiety, overtraining syndrome, injury, illness and defeat.
