I appreciate your interest in my practice. Together we will set goals and work towards reaching them in a safe and comfortable environment. In addition to treating adults, working extensively with children, adolescents and families allows me to help you navigate any social, emotional, or behavioral issues that you are facing. My specialties include anxiety, depression, social concerns (including dealing with social media), academic matters, self-esteem issues, acting out behaviors and parent counseling. Although parenting can be difficult, learning strategies to deal with the day-to-day struggles will make your life easier.
