I provide you the support needed to get to know yourself better. I help each of my clients expand their level of self-awareness to make positive changes in their lives. I specialize in treating life transitions, depression, anxiety, & executive planning. My goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment in which clients can openly express their emotional needs and find solutions. In addition to working with adults, I also specialize in working with teens and college students. I have over 21 years of professional counseling experience working in a variety of settings. I provide a non-judgmental and supportive atmosphere to help guide individuals work towards reaching their goals.
