At some point in life many of us could benefit from the support of a trained therapist. I specialize in helping people manage their mental health symptoms holistically. My work aims to improve negative mental health symptoms and their impacts on social, academic, professional and physical issues. I help people to closely consider how their thoughts and behavior patterns are affecting their relationships, short term and long term life goals. We will work together to make adjustments in order to better manage and even eliminate symptoms.
