Hello, my name is Lisa Bolden and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 13 years of experience in the mental health field. Within my work experience, I have had the privilege of working with children, adults, couples and families on a variety of issues. I have worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship issues, parenting and life stressors. I have facilitated intensive outpatient groups for mood disorders and addiction, domestic violence and anger management.
