About
With the amount of pressure and expectations that are placed on us on a daily basis, it can be overwhelming to think of what changes will actually make a difference for us. I view psychological distress as alarm bells telling us that our needs are not being met. You may find these alarms going off in multiple areas of life- work, school, relationships, etc. Beyond learning ways to cope with the alarm bells, my goal is to understand what those unmet needs are so that we can turn the alarms off. I aim to use therapy as a space for us to slow down and listen to what your symptoms are trying to communicate.
