I am a licensed mental health and addictions therapist with over twenty years of experience. Over the years, I have truly enjoyed working with adolescents and adults who struggle with a variety of issues, including behavioral problems, teenage struggles, substance abuse, addiction issues, depression, anxiety, stress management, parenting concerns, and other mental health issues. My goal is to walk alongside each client to help support positive changes that can result in a more balanced, peaceful life.
