I specialize in helping adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, relationship issues, or trauma, to get to the root of their challenges so they can feel better going forward. I primarily utilize a Client Centered approach in addition to CBT, EMDR, & Brainspotting as part of being a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I use these skills in collaboration with my clients to guide them to find long-term change by allowing them regain control and live their authentic lives. As a US Navy veteran, I am also sensitive to the needs of my fellow veterans and their family members.
