I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in the field of behavioral health for over 25 years. I recognize that suffering is part of the human condition and we all experience it in a variety of ways. I empower my clients to heal themselves by learning to trust their inner wisdom and I am passionate about human behavior and the various coping mechanisms the mind and body utilize as adaptive strategies.
