Are you sad, anxious, and just plain weary? If you are feeling like you just need to process overall life - Please know you are not alone and I would love to talk with you. While working with children, adolescents, parents and adults, for the past 20 years, my focus has been on listening, improving communication, strengthening relationships and resolving conflict. I have treated those who struggle with stress, depression, anxiety disorders, grief, and overall life stressors.
