I know how much trust it takes to reach out for support for your child, and I don’t take that lightly. With almost 20 years of experience working with children and teens, my heart is in helping kids feel seen, heard, and supported, just as they are. My approach is warm, playful, and grounded in empathy. I create a safe space where kids can be themselves, express big feelings, and learn new ways to cope, connect, and grow. Whether it’s through creative activities, talk, play, or quiet moments, I meet each child where they’re at and move at a pace that feels right for them.
