I am optimistic and passionate about individuals living their best life from a place of strength and joy. This can take determination and often requires resiliency. I love helping people find this in themselves and apply it to their daily living. I also see women who have sustained a perinatal, neonatal or medical termination loss. This type of event or loss can feel particularly isolating and counseling can bring hope with support of moving forward.
