As a counseling intern, I work under supervision to provide individual therapy in both in-person and online settings. I am trained in trauma-informed care and prioritize building safety, trust, and relational connection in every session. While I welcome clients from all walks of life, I feel particularly drawn to those who are navigating life transitions, such as career changes, grief and loss, family restructuring, or shifting personal identities. Many of the clients I work with describe feeling: Stuck or uncertain about their direction in life, and are overwhelmed by the demands of others and disconnected from their own voice. Our work together will be a collaborative journey, grounded in your story, your values, and your pace. I will help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and life patterns with curiosity—not judgment—so we can begin to uncover what’s keeping you stuck and what’s ready for healing. Together, we will clarify your goals for therapy and develop tools that help.
