For too many of us, the relationships with food and our own bodies are among the most complex relationships we have. As a Registered Dietitian, Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian and MSW Therapist in private practice in Westchester County, NY, my focus is on helping people address their nutrition-related concerns and eating disorders. Many of my clients deal with personal issues and old habits that impact their food choices, so together we create personal intuitive eating strategies to guide them toward making new choices that help them heal and nourish body and soul.
