My work centers on creating a non-judgmental space for me to meet clients wherever they are in life. While every therapeutic relationship has unique challenges, mine includes the presence of empathy, compassion, and understanding. My approach to therapy is collaborative, meaning that we work together as partners to gain an understanding of your biggest challenges. In our therapy sessions, we will process the impact of life experiences and set goals. I became a therapist to provide support to individuals during times when they feel out of place in their own lives. I believe that with the presence of empathy, compassion, and understanding, we can learn to rediscover ourselves, forming a connection between the work we do in each session and the next steps in your journey.
