I am very proud of the relationships I have formed with my clients. My focus is to empathize, support, and teach the tools to most effectively manage life's stressors. I strive to help each of my clients reach their own personal goals and have a realistic view of both themselves and others in the process. The hardest part is beginning to make different choices and choose those that increase our odds for success. That is where I hope to provide the most support.
