Hi, I’m Lisa Gagnon (Gawn-yo), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in helping individuals, couples, and families with anxiety, depression, communication issues, and feeling stuck. I work with clients 14+ in a warm, empathetic space, focusing on uncovering negative thought patterns and core beliefs that hold you back. What sets my practice apart is my no-nonsense yet caring approach. I offer direct guidance while supporting you in taking proactive steps toward healing and growth. Together, we will work on developing healthier ways of thinking, communicating, and navigating life’s obstacles. In our first session, I'll focus on getting to know you – your background, experiences, and what brings you to therapy. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space where you can share openly.
