My approach is to build relationships with my clients based on respect, trust and compassion. Whether it’s due to a life stressor, trauma, relational problems, or deeply held beliefs keeping you stuck in depression, shame, and anxiety symptoms, my goal is to work together with my clients to understand what is holding them back and how they can get to where they would like to be. My greatest passion is working with OCD, Panic and Anxiety Disorder sufferers. I have personal experience with these disorders as it has given me a deep understanding of how they operate.
