I work with adults navigating life’s many challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship stress, life transitions, and substance use. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward, and are looking for a safe, supportive place to sort through it all. I believe healing begins in the partnership between therapist and client. My goal is to help you define and create your own version of a better life. I approach that goal with a mix of compassion, encouragement, directness, and just enough humor to remind you that growth can be challenging and still feel human.
