Teens and young adults are experiencing depression and anxiety at higher rates in recent years. Changes in sleep patterns, declining grades, angry outbursts or isolation from friends and family are signs that help may be needed. Plus, the presence of social media has complicated matters. Teens as well as college students and young adults are experiencing stressors that they and their families may not understand or have the skills to manage. I help people who are struggling with emotional and behavioral difficulties find ways to cope with problems and reach their full potential. I have dedicated my career to working with young people to overcome incredible life stressors. Now is the time to address the sadness and worry that interfere with living your best life and learn skills to handle difficult problems today and in the future. I provide individual and family therapy to help get there.
