I view therapy as a way to take a moment for yourself and spend it with someone who can listen, offer support, and share skills/knowledge to help in healing and growth. I absolutely love spending time with clients, getting to know them, and being part of their therapy process. I also work with a certified therapy dog who offers another level of peace, calm, and comfort for all clients.
