I have expertise in working with children and adolescents, as well as, adults. I focus my clinical work on supporting clients with addressing their needs around anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, as well as addiction, and substance use. I have worked for years on supporting students around developing executive functioning skills. I also have extensive experience working with families addressing the interpersonal dynamics within a family system to support the family as a whole. I enjoy working with parents to do therapy and coaching for working with their children when they are presenting with challenging behavior.
