The therapeutic relationship is the starting point for the change process to begin. I provide an effective balance of encouragement, compassion, safety, and empowerment to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals. I am keenly aware of the present-day stressors clients are facing trying to meet their family’s needs and juggling it with employers’ ever-increasing productivity requirements that is leading to burnout. Together we can work towards developing coping strategies that build resilience to manage these challenges. I work with clients who are dealing with addictions, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, etc.
