My name is Lisa Moreau, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and I am based in St.Louis MO providing telehealth therapy. My primary modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Grief and Loss and Trauma Informed. My therapeutic approach can be described as holistic and working with the authentic self through healing and growing while creating awareness during the process. I walk along the side of customers by using a person-centered approach to help evoke moments of self-realizations and actualizations to dig into the core self.
