I specialize in working with men who carry significant responsibility & are feeling the strain of it. Many of the men I work with are high-functioning professionals & leaders who are managing life outwardly but dealing internally with stress, anger, burnout, or emotional shutdown. Therapy becomes an option not because they want to “talk about feelings,” but because the pressure has become unsustainable. My approach is direct, grounded, & structured. I help men regain clarity, stabilize under pressure, & understand what stress is costing them — without judgment, pathologizing, or wasted time.
