We all have the capacity within us to effect positive change in our lives, but sometimes we may need additional guidance and support in order to get through some of life's greater challenges. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 28 years of experience in helping people find their own inner light amidst the darkness of depression, trauma, anxiety, and loss. I utilize a holistic approach, which draws upon the unique strengths of each individual as key to the healing process.
