I hope to provide a safe, accepting, trusting and confidential atmosphere for those I work with so they can express themselves completely. Within this environment I would be honored to start a relationship with individuals that brings them to the next level they are striving for. Most emotional instability is caused from past trauma, loss and/or multi-systemic patterns/themes which continue to play out in our lives. I use a Family Systems Approach to psychotherapy combined with other interventions as needed. This approach permits individuals to grow from these experiences/patterns allowing their journey of self discovery to unfold.
