All of us have times in life when we’re at a loss as to how to move forward. We might be anxious, depressed or feeling very alone. There’s no shame in these feelings, and therapy that provides insight into how the past informs the present can be very helpful in addressing the here-and-now, and changing one’s life for the better. As a psychoanalytically informed psychotherapist, I provide that type of therapy, and as a therapist trained in art therapy, I offer that as part of our work together or not, depending on your interest and curiosity. It would be my privilege to help you become the creative force in your own life. I work with adults from many walks and stages of life, approaching therapy as a collaborative, unfolding process of inquiry and curiosity. I have a special interest in helping people navigate life transitions, self esteem, creative blocks, unresolved grief, and existential concerns.
