I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health and School Social Work. I use a generalist practice approach, while incorporating solution focused therapy, client-centered therapy, cognitive behavior therapy and spiritual therapy. I believe, at least for most people, a deep-seated sense of meaning and purpose in life, together with a sense of belonging, is of foundational importance to psychological well-being and wholeness.
