My approach is very conversational and laid-back, but direct and ready to challenge when it comes to addressing OCD. The most gratifying part of my job is when a member gains new insight about themselves or something they're working through. I love being a part of those "Aha!" moments in real-time. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD. Our deep understanding of the nuances and intricacies of OCD enables us to properly diagnose and treat it. We have received intensive training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP)—the gold standard treatment for OCD.
