Anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-dependency can affect your thoughts, relationships, and sense of self in ways that are often misunderstood. You may not have all the answers, but you know something isn’t feeling right. I work with individuals ages 17-75 navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, co-dependency, addiction, college stress, and personality or mood challenges. I support both highly motivated, driven clients and those who feel burned out, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. I also have a strong background working with Veterans and First Responders and hold deep respect for these communities.
