I utilize trauma-informed therapeutic modalities including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and somatic healing exercises.
